And it’s the employers, who gives them the job to pool their labour into for their success, it is also the employers’ job to make sure their employees produce that success. The management at the top provides the brains for which direction the companies should take. It is the free market that provides the platform for companies to sell their products.

The dark side of capitalism, where greed is encouraged and you can literally get away with murder if you do certain favors for certain people basically ruined Commune’s home country. He’s got good reason to hate it.
 
It’s just like how communism can work with the right sort of people, capitalism can screw you over with the wrong sort.

Capitalism creates a falling rate of profit. Capitalism creates severe market instability, which causes regular economic crisis such as the 2008 recession or the Great Depression  
Economic crisis which leads to migration and guess what ? The things Right wingers keep complaining about
 
Marx admitted that Capitalism has done some good, but it’s now time for it to go
 
Oh yeah, the reason why the capitalist offers the job isn’t out of altruism, but rather to exploit their Labour  
It isn’t a loving family relationship, it’s an abusive relationship.
