I mean, I doubt people who are upset over women looking like anything less than a supermodel will want their idealize woman sharing a game with women that are anything less in their minds, so it would be less “include more women in games” and more “replace the current women I don’t like.”

So…found the reason the dead space female team got axed was becuse of the “lackluster sells” despite the remake being the second best-selling game of January 2023…

Oh and a 2 remake was infact in pre-production…

on funny note, it kinda hilarious whenever a writer tries to avoid gender stereotype but ends portraying it anyway because they used the gender norm of the opposite which goes to show you they’re not really different anyways.

Companies were aiming towards white straight males, so it wasn’t “for no reason.” The reason was to expect guys to be so horny they cared more about a cover than the actual quality.

I mean, it’s quite boring when all women look like porn stars. At least BG3 gave us gals other than elves and humans and all the characters were both somewhat normal and hot. And if almost every game has their characters hyper-sexualized, than there isn’t much of a choice if you want to enjoy a video game.

It’s the next Fable game. That’s what I was thinking of. I mentioned it because Actman called the player character ugly when to me she looks more like a 5/10 (plain).
