As an active defender of NXT, I'm not sure I understand Apollo Crews' gimmick. The vignette where he supposedly killed a guy for harassing a waitress made me so confused. Is he supposed to be some kind of vigilante? But if that's the case, what did that person do besides being a rude dick? I also like they didn't even attempt to explain why Apollo no longer has his Nigerian accent. This whole thing reeks of last minute.
