Your account is still new, badges just take time to earn. You could put money towards the sitr on patreon and get 3 badges through that, you could start taking up drawing and earn those badges. You could also get the thread starter badge if your topic gets over 100 replies.


 
You coukd also get badges by helping out with tagging images. There's lots of ways, but they just take some investment. :]
