I tried ctrl + f5 and it didn't fix it



 
 
unrelated note but... wtf? I uploaded that video almost 20 minutes ago and 360p is only resolution available when I recorded it in 4k... and frame rate appears to be about 30 when I also recorded in 60


 
Soooo... Youtube being a slowpoke on processing it.. I think it didn't like that it was recorded in High 4:4:4 (lossless) or maybe MKV
