A while back I went through the starry eyes tag after the tag description was changed to pertain to the actual eye object, and made a separate tag for the pony under starry eyes (pony) and untagged the pony from said images accordingly so that the original tag would be accurate.
 
I was about to do this with the crescent moon tag but I didn’t think the description would already say to use “crescent pony”. Thus, I propose:
 
crescent pony -> crescent moon (pony)
 
Since that’s his actual name on the Wiki (taking precedence over Crescent Pony), and so anyone typing “crescent moon” in the tags for the pony will be suggested the pony tag. Just so the description is accurate for now I went to untag images (for the pony and without the astronomical object) where fitting.

I was referencing a joke that people who’ve read Animorphs would get, sorry. It’s a great book series with more depth than the covers let on. Themes of war, death, loss, growing up as a teenager while making tough calls. Aliens, animal science, and more. But now I’m off-topic, so I’ll stop there.

tear is its own tag but ‘tears’ is aliased into crying. I see a couple reasons to or not to alias tear into crying so I wanted to know the consensus.

Probably because if one were to tag something as having been rent asunder, they’d use a word like “torn”. Or you could try “ripped” but then you’re mostly going to get people with 6-packs.
