In the rule 63 universe, Elusive's dream is to get a Rhett Butler moustache to look like old film stars from the Golden Age of Canterwood (best I could come up with in a short time).

Sadly no matter how much he hopes hair just doesnt grow on his snout.

Rainbow Blitz and Bubble Berry once pranked Elusive making him think he got a moustache. That was their biggest mistake.
