I _*know_* for a fact there'd be people complaining if every last one of the Mane Six had children/got shipped.


 
One of the reasons would be, of course, it not being their preferred ship that got confirmed (which even with Pinkie/Cheese, _*isn't_* an unknown sentiment, if uncommon).


 
I'm fine with ambiguity in this regard. Unpopular opinion, related subject, but I do prefer this outcome, with StarTrix being unconfirmed, because it isn't my favored ship.
