Wanted to hear what people think about Twilight’s new pupil and her relation to starlight because i’m genuinely thinking there is no relation.
She never refers to them as her parents.
They don’t act like they’re her parents and they only seem to be just meeting in a montage and showing her around the school for the first time in the montage.
She’s significantly older the the children of big mac and pinkie.
She seems to have the same attitude as twilight in season 1 which wouldn’t make a huge amount of sense if she was raised by starlight.
There’s nothing at all romantic shown between starlight and sunburst.
She doesn’t really have a similar design to starlight apart from maybe the coat colour.
I think it might just be that they wanted to follow the Twilight > Starlight > Sunrise theme but couldn’t come up with a more original cutie mark design.
