No, because she's not wanted for said crimes in Equestria, no less because on the first, as far as we can ascertain, _nobody_ but the other five, at best, even knows for certain it was her who did it, and as to the other, i'm sure you know by now that Equestria ando the nations around it don't adhere to the same standards of safety or liability that the 21st-century first world does, which means nocreature's going to be pressing charges about that. and none of them suckers can be called children, either.
Now, if she was wanted, they could extradit her, and if said crimes had been commited in the human world, she could be arrested.
But arresting someone for crimes committed in another country when said person is not even wanted in that country is a recipe for a international incident, even more so considering that's a national heroine (at the very least) we're talking about here, not some terrorist or drug dealer that the cops would be justified to arrest.
