Judging by that account's profile description of "Largest community of My Little Pony in VK. vk.com/my.little.brony" and the tagged pictures all having a vk.com source as far as I can see, I assume the account is supposed to represent that community and the tagged pictures were made for/by members of that community.


 
If a special tag is valid for that kind of thing or they should just use an gactual collectionry for that is a different question...
