For myself, I was just referring to examples where unedited screencaps were tagged "abuse".


 
But, yeah - there are tons of examples where some people are putting together intentional "character abuse" images or sequences, whether that is an edit of a screencap or original art, and I believe those should absolutely be tagged "abuse".
