Kratos was just rampaging through those women’s home as a giant, so there is a very real chance they were trying to save themselves by offering up sex same with Aphrodite, and being a dumbass who doesn’t think through your actions doesn’t excuse fucking rape,

There’s some weird multi-dimension stuff going on, but mostly God Of War 2018 basically says that each pantheon more or less just has dominion over their own regions of the world. So killing off the Greek pantheon severly fucked up southern Europe, but everything’s fine over in Northeast Europe due to the Nordic pantheon being fine.
