I probably should have taken a look at the source image first, now I get the context. That being said, my point still stands. Apple Bloom would never be racist towards any creature.
There is only one alicorn who has real political power in Equestria and that’s only do to her controlling the sun, and she used to be a unicorn before becoming an alicorn
