You forgot flag semaphore.
At the very least she retains every language and dialect she’s been dubbed in
but is she fluent in whale
Nope. Fluttershy might be, though. So if you’ve got any space probes boiling the oceans, you know where to go.
but is she fluent in whale
For all of the silly craziness that Pinkie Ponk goes through, it’s still really nice to see her have warm fuzzy stuff.
And yet she’s still fluent in it. Truly a mystery, the Ponk.
Discord can attest to that truth, yo; he’s even more of a fool and so much more OP as a result.

SCREW YOU, [ENTER] KEY– YOU’RE DEAD TO ME, UNDERSTAND? DEAD.
Rule Of Funny characters tend to be, even in Light Fantasy settings like FIM; she’s essentially immune to in-universe causality, as long as her zany antics draw a laugh. The Fool is one seriously formidable character archetype.
She’s good at organizing parties, cooking / baking, playing instruments, singing, dancing, fighting, using Twilight as a Gatling gun, being anywhere she wants to be (teleportation?), hiding things throughout Equestria in the event of highly specific emergencies; yeah, Pinkie’s pretty OP.
Even moreso than Applejack– which is a heck of an accomplishment– Pinkie really embodies the Earth Pony tendency towards being good at a broad range of tasks rather than hyper-specialization like most Unicorns and Pegasi.
I wouldn’t put it past her, she’s randomly great at a lot of things.
It’s also probably the most plausible, from what I’ve seen.
I don’t know why that’s impressive, but it kind of is. Cool.
