If you are the artist you have to verify your account before you can issue takedown requests. You might also want to re-examine the license you’re using the post your art on dA. The Creative Commons license is designed to promote redistribution with appropriate attribution and specifically states that you can’t place any restrictions on how it is shared as long as those sharing the image adhere to the terms of that license.

I take inspiration but never copy directly, I reference to other peoples styles but its only improvisation and never used to make profit, only to enhance my drawing ability.
