Description

It had been a nice, relaxing and sunny day sailing out on the sea and sunbathing with Luna.
But now the day was slowly coming to a close, and it was time to head home.

Celestia: “Luna, can you set the course to Canterlot Harbour?”
Luna: “Sure, I’ll handle it.”

Luna enters the cabin, and Celestia looks over the beam and admires the beautiful sunset,
The rays of the sun are glinting and reflecting from the water, making it look like a sea of crimson and amber
diamonds under the reddening sky as the Sun slowly setting under her command.
After a few moments Celestia notices the ship has not changed course yet. Concerned, she leans over the beam and calls for her sister.

Celestia: “Luna? Is everything okay? Is there something wrong?”

After an awkward silence Luna peers trough the cabin door sheepishly, looking very embarrassed.

Luna: “Sister, I think we might have a problem…”

She always says “sister” when she is feeling uncomfortable. Celestia picks this up immediately and raises an eyebrow,
and gives her a concerned look.

Celestia: “Problem? What kind of problem? Something wrong?”
Luna: “Yes, my dear Sister. I can’t find the navigational chart.”
Celestia: “You can’t find the map? Where did we put it last time?”
Luna: “Um… That’s the thing… Remember that tea spillage we had last time?”
Celestia: “Yes, what about it?”
Luna: “Well… I had it taken to the Harbour Master for restoration, and…”

At this point Luna’s cheeks blush a little, turning them a to an interesting shade of purple.

Celestia: “…And?”
Luna: “…and I just might have forgotten to collect it today before we left…”

Celestia’s jaw drops slightly from the surprise and is taken aback somewhat, but she knows better than to panic. She giggles and just smiles, and looks into the sunset.

Celestia: “So… Basicallt what you are saying that that you forgot the charts? Oh, well. It is not a huge deal.
We’ll just have to navigate the old-fashioned way then and navigate by the stars. You if anyone can do it. You are the expert on them. It is your art, after all.
This is going to be fun, just like in the old times! Remember those times? When we were still just fillies?”

Luna, sighing: “Yes, sister… Just like the old days… I’ll go get the astrolabe and cross staff.”
