Dynamic lights for SFM in less than 60 seconds:
 
Select the scene on the timeline, click the plus sign on the left side (by default) under the “animation set editor” tab and select “create animation set for new light”. A bright dynamic light will spawn where the current scene camera is, use the work camera to manipulate it, and change the properties of the light the same way you would do faceposing. Use multiple lights and fiddle with the colors to make your renders faaabulous.
