Considering that she’s just as happy to do everything the sirens do and the glee she took in kicking Sunset while she was down with that “Too bad, so sad!” line, no, she really isn’t. None of the sirens were shown to be nice or have any morally redeeming characteristics in the movie, unless you think being a ditz somehow bestows moral fiber.

Oh yeah that’s right. I guess she’s okay, wasn’t a huge fan of the Dazzling’s but they were alright villains. I like to imagine them being like the edds from Ed, Edd N Eddy except instead of scheming to get money they scheme to get “food”.

Wasn’t trying to was just explaining the others have more reasons to be liked than her because some have better reasons and bigger plans. People can look at characters like Chrysalis and understand where she’s coming from and why she is doing what she’s doing and not see it as black and white, Suri was just a thief who mistreated people because she could there isn’t a grey area in her motives so not a lot of people are going to just forgive her and with good reason. Tirek, Discord and Sombra are about the same as her in terms of motives but people are willing to forgive at least one of them mostly because they stand out, Personally I think they are black and white evil but eh what can you do?

The problem is she isn’t interesting she’s just a one note antagonist who isn’t worth a second thought, why forgive or redeem her when it wouldn’t be meaningful or interesting? Big villains have aspirations and motives worth considering usually (or at least Chrysalis did), just stealing an idea and being a bitch doesn’t lend much to caring about her or wanting to know more about her.
