Stargazer, commonly referred to as “The Queen” was never featured in any MLP films because she is too busy keeping balance in the universe to pay much attention to the small squabbles between the ponies on Earth. In truth, she is the most powerful pony who ever lived. Born from the power of love from her parents Galaxia and Cosmos, her true form is filled with such radiance and contains so many colors and dimensions no normal being can see (so it is not displayed of course). Stargazer is extremely kind, but rarely ever speaks. Her hard work and determination for balance is the only thing that keeps the universe going…

Anyway, yeah, whole universe? Knowing how strong Celestia is, we can postulate a million things stronger. Now you have a sister who is likely slightly to twice as powerful. Still not super-impressive in the galactic scheme of things… So one day while wandering around dispensing justice…she comes across an evil old crone…
We never see her because Nerissa actually ended her already. That’s how crazy badass she is!

Luna and Celestia have never had and will never have another sister, and for God’s sakes, stop making OCs who are “THE MOST POWERFUL IN THE UNIVERSE!!!1!11!”, let alone the ones to keep balance in anything. Even if you have an anarchist OC, you shouldn’t be allowed to “Destroy” or “keep” balance over anything as a singularity.
