[I’m referring to the comment in the description]
 
Images such as very simple edits or image macro/memes, usually don’t require an artist tag, due it’s pointless because them are just text additions. In that case you only need to put the source (if you found the image in other site).
 
Sometimes, if the edition required a significant effort, you can add the artist if it’s mentioned somewhere, for example:
 
The original image here didn’t had the earbuds, but I took the time to create them, so it has my artist tag.
