Amy looks like he’s telling Heart how much he loves him (again) and Heart is contemplating shutting him up with a smooch or just letting him talk until he says too much and embarrasses himself which Heart finds ADORABLE.  
Also most likely the time Heart realizes that he wants to spend the rest of his life with Amy so after this he probably said something like “We should get married” and Amy would fall off the bed a mumbling mess.
