It may be easier to take a page from Sen Triplets and include a “that opponent can’t cast spells with that card’s name” rider. And bear in mind that they can cast instant-speed effects in response to the upkeep trigger.

You have priority during your turn, so you always get to do something first. If you choose to cast something else first or go on to the next step of the turn, your opponent can choose to respond by casting the revealed card.

So, what happens when the card revealed is an instant or has flash? Who has priority if both decide they want to cast it in the same instance to different effect?
