Description
Here are ideas from me for names of a few Backgroundponies from different episodes.
Pony 1: She has a Tornado with hearts as Cutie Mark and another name for a Tornado is Twister. So I came to the idea with Twisted Heart or Twisted Love. She is from “Viva Las Pegasus”.
Pony 2: She is usually seen in the Ponyville Spa. Her usual CM is a Palm Tree. Palms reminds me on the sea, beaches and the carribean. So, I came to the idea with Carribean Dream. Edit: Another Idea is “Ocean Dream”.
Pony 3: Yeah, she has a Ferris Wheel as her Cutie Mark. So, I came to both ideas (really simple, I know, but I find both names fits). She is from “Viva Las Pegasus”.
Pony 4: All Nurse Ponys begins with Nurse in their names. Heartstick cames from her Cutie Mark. She is from “Where the Apple Lies”.
Pony 5: I wanted that not all Ponies are named after their Cutie Marks, so I came to the idea with Lavender Sky. She has a violet mane (like Lavender) and is a pegasus (therefore Sky).
Pony 6: A Jackhammer is a typical building machine and I found that this name is good for a road worker.
So, are you ok with the names or do you have other ideas?

So, I tag them with “Lavender Sunrise” and “Whirlwind Romance”.
I like the sound of it!
I find out, that there is a pony who has a fandom name called lavender skies. So, how about Lavender Sunrise as an alternativ name?

Hmm, that is true, but we have a lot of names who are similar. I mean, we have so many pony.
True, guess I’m just thinking it would be confusing considering we have Stormy Flare.
I thought Stormy sounds a little bit more feminine and also nicer than Storm as a name.

Anyway, I got on MLP Forums a few informations about my names. Jack Hammer is already Taken (>>405535) and he has already a name (Constructicon … really? :/ ). And Ferris Wheel is a name of the inventor of the Ride Ferris Wheel. So, idk if there is any rights on the name or not (does somebody known this?). But I must say, after a second thought, I like “Carnival Ride” a little bit more. There was also the hint, that Twisted has also not so nice meanings. What do you say about it?
It’s ok. I am happy that other people make ideas or gives critisism. So, I wrote it in the discription with my second Idea “Ocean Dream”.
That’s good too, much easier.
I’m not saying what you have is bad, just a little weird in practice.
I don’t see this so. but ok, have you better ideas instead of Dream or Caren? How about Ocean Dream?
Like, it sounds like a mouthful in casual conversation.
And even for a pony name, a very awkward term to go by.
Sorry, but I don’t really understand what you mean. Is the name Carribean Dream already forgiven or what?
Someone legally named Caribbean Dream needs a nickname.
Why just Dream or Caren?
