Considering the shirt, and the time of day, and that the artist did tag it “boy shorts” … I’m drawn towards pyjamas shorts.
But I guess the artist did intend this to be panties.
Yeah… Definitely sportswear, cute albeit they aren’t quite panties.
I’ll agree that these looks more like sports wear or pyjamas wear. – It’s kinda loose and not tight to the body. The slit on the edge reminds me of sports wear.
Boyshorts on the other hand is panties; tight like panties, but have short legs. Boxers have longer legs, and are more loose, but not boyshorts.

Of course. Boyshorts should be big so there can be a lot of cute prints and art. But it should have very short legs and sit tight on the body (like panties tend to do). – Sadly these boyshorts don’t sit tight, and with that split on the side, it makes it not look like panties. =(
