Yeah, a lot of these are “Cowboy Bebop at his computer” styled content where a ton of details are mixed up and incorrect.

The joke is she is far off from the truth.
It would make more sense for the joke if she was calling Rick and Morty bad but Family Guy the best.
Or twisting somthing about the show around to not match the realty.
It’s similar, but of course there’s differences. I find Rick and Morty better though
