And the combined power of their screaming brings the Emperor back to life, as he rises out of the golden throne to spread the imperial truth throughout the Galaxy. Both Bulk Biceps and Sly Marbo are thanked by the Emperor, as he brings ponies into the fold of the Imperium as equal citizens as his way of thanks.  
The Galaxy is soon reconquered by the combined force of humanity and ponies and a new golden age is started. Children get free education and smile more. The mechanicus starts to develop new tech. And commissars learn to like cake.
