Judging from how you were showed in EQG, the average pony size is only about waist high to an average human(a few exclusions of course since Tia and Luna are clearly taller). Average that height out to the size of their male genitalia and you can roughly estimate that the average human dong is bigger than their stallions. Good enough, Flutters?

Depends on whether diseases can jump species of different worlds. Is their “Earth” enough like ours in terms of genetic evolution not to be considered too alien for a zoonosis? Biology and even physics don’t work the same there, the hippogriff alone being a perfect example.

Just saying. If they’re willing to put up with having a former cult leader that almost turned Equestria into a wasteland through time meddling, a narcissist magician that enslaved Ponyville, a manchild god of reality who set up no less than three different methods of terraforming the nation into his own playground of annoyance and insanity, and even a forest that’s well known for churning out deadly diseases and even deadlier predators sitting right next to a prestigious town like Ponyville, let alone the home of the nation’s greatest defenders, as acceptable citizens/landmass,
 
then having a sudden influx of bipedal mammals that all evangelize the world these characters inhabit wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world for them.
