Winter Peach is the wife of Peach Farmer O’Henry Peach. Born in the cherry family as “Winter Cherry”, she met Henry at a trades fair when they were teenagers. She traded him some cherries for his peaches, and he became enchanted with her almost immediately. She has self esteem issues, and couldn’t believe a strong stallion like him was interested in her. Although their families are not rivals, Winter’s family wasn’t too keen on the idea of her going off and being with a pony so far from home. They needed Winter there to help their branch of the Cherry Orchard in Dodge Junction. However, Winter knew there were plenty of hooves to help, and with her aunt Cherry Jubilee’s help, she was able to convince her parents to let her go and be with Henry.
Winter is a docile pony, she lives to take care of her family and is very kind in nature. She still has self esteem issues, but after being married for years and having three children, she has an easier time loving herself than she had in the past.
Although Winter changed her name when she married, her cutie mark still gives her away as being in the Cherry family, but she doesn’t mind. She isn’t ashamed she came from another fruit growing family, but she hasn’t picked up her family business. She designated her life to taking care of her family instead of growing the trees. She doesn’t mind being a Peach, and her family doesn’t mind she isnt a Cherry anymore. They know she’s happy.
