What’s wrong with a watermark like this? https://derpibooru.org/1713144

The deviantart watermark is always obtrusively placed right in the center. If you place a watermark intelligently, you’d make it so that someone trying to rip it off would have to really crop out a lot of stuff, but it doesn’t disturb the appearance of the image nearly as much. Plus, if you make up your own, someone can’t just subtract it from the image (with marginal contrast loss).

Downvoted for bad watermark decision. Please don’t use the default deviantart one, it’s incredibly tacky and poorly placed, and really shouldn’t be used for anything other than pictures of physical stuff you are selling…
