Nickname(s): Cee
Personality: After the difficultly that Pinkie and Twi had raising Stormcloud, they were really hoping for and, honestly, expecting a little earth pony foal. They, of course, had no such luck. Luckily for them, though, she wasn’t nearly as hard on her mothers to raise as Storm was.
Much like her older sister, Cyclone is fairly foul-tempered and easily frustrated. She’s also incredibly stubborn – yet, surprisingly, pretty obedient. She’ll begrudgingly listen to the commands of her family members but won’t stand for other ponies ordering her around. She’s also completely mute, which becomes pretty obvious when she has one of her regularly-scheduled freak outs when Storm pushes her too far. The only real sounds she’s able to make are her breathing and interacting with her environment. It doesn’t really stop her personality from shining through, though.
Cyclone isn’t really easily amused. At all. Ever. She’s made herself pretty inaccessible and, while she doesn’t really “struggle” making friends per se, she’s similar to Storm in that she prefers not to. Despite that, though, she does genuinely long for close personal relationships with other ponies; but it feels like a pretty big hit to her pride to admit she actually likes spending time with others or, even worse, needs them. She mostly just ends up hanging around mutual friends of her family rather than seeking out new ponies.
Relations: After what a rough time Twi had connecting with Storm, she found that Cee was a lot easier to get close to by comparison. Cyclone is honestly pretty close with Twi, though that’s not to say they don’t have their rough patches. Twi was the first one to introduce Cee to the ocean, and they used to spend a lot of time at the beach together when Cee was a little filly.
Cyclone and Pinkie don’t really get along as well as they used to when Cee was younger, but overall they still maintain a pretty good relationship. Cee always kinda felt like Pinkie was “Storm’s mom” and Twi was hers, so she tended to distance herself from Pinkie. This hurt Pinkie a lot, actually, and there remains a heavy strain on their relationship because of it. Pinkie tried teaching her how to bake once to try and get a little closer to her but it was doomed to fail from the beginning, honestly.
Storm and Cyclone get along fairly well for siblings, and Storm is pretty good at roping her into pranks that’ll probably get her into big trouble later. Storm is a pretty big fan of how she gets to do all the talking, which annoys Cyclone but she can’t exactly say anything about it. Cyclone actually does enjoy spending time with her older sister, though, even though Storm’s vehement attention to detail and perfectionism can drive her up a wall.

- Cee was a pretty big surprise to Twi and Pinkie when she was born, A) because she was a pegasus and B) because she was blue.
- Cee was much, much more open as a kid and really genuinely enjoyed getting to meet and know new ponies.
- Cyclone is two years younger than Storm, and kinda really hates being the little sister of someone so bossy.
- She is incredibly impatient, and spending time with Storm drives her a little crazy since Storm insists on everything always being perfect.
- Not really a note on Cee, but: in this universe it is canon that Pinkie is/was a pegasus who’s wings never fully developed and had to be amputated when she was a little filly. Pinkie doesn’t really remember much about having her “wings”, but feathers do occasionally grow in on her shoulders and are a pretty big pain to maintain. Twi helps her out as much as possible.
