Does this confuse you, OP? Allow me to offer an overly serious explanation (because I have a weird sense of humor).

This cartoon is made in flash. Rigging separate symbols such as the body, legs, and tail together isn’t always seamless. At times, it looks a bit awkward. This is one of those times, I guess.

Nope! Nothing out of the ordinary here.
