With the few question the picture of sombra and flutter-shy in the background as fleet-foot is teasing a crowd wearing a virgin killing sweater.
Yeah I think anyone can misunderstand that frame because it looks blurry!
The reason that blurred a specific area was the intention of the artist to make the character stand out more.
I think this illustration is perfectly drawn as the artist intended<3
