I kind of think that too when I always see these transformation moments. What boggles me on them, though, is how there’s always new pretty costumes that’ll only appear in their respective special/episode and almost nothing else, you’d think they’d try to show their new outfits in other material to try putting in a bit more promoting. Sure, some had a small extra appearance later on, but still.

Rainbow’s hair looks interesting when her bangs aren’t mirrored, unlike AJ and Scootaloo (both look plain weird when that happens). They should try it more often!
