Google tailors your search results based on previous browsing behaviour. You might see MLP topping the results, but that doesn’t mean other users do. Try this in private browsing/incognito mode, ringfenced from existing Google cookies, and the results will be different. I tried, and the Wikipedia article on ponies (not the My Little kind) was top, with our beloved pastel equines not making an appearance until the 7th result.

Ahem decided to complete my post
By “Google is Bubbling” means that Google is coded to constantly using a code to pesudo-filter the results they think you want to the top and the ones you don’t want on the bottom.
