It’s now more clear that the other side shows different colors on the Rubik’s Cube cutie mark (equivalent to viewing the other angle of an actual Rubik’s Cube)

I get it’s from the other soee of the rubix cube, just curious about the latter. I can’t think of a single canon pony with an azymetrical cutiemark. I always believed the cutie mark was of a single image branded on both sides.

In this case his cutie mark is asymmetrically colored with the opposite side’s view of a Rubik’s cube.
Other than this one, I can’t think of any other OC that has had an asymmetrical cutie mark like this.
