There was one year (I forget now when exactly) that I made a comment about the World Cup coming up soon and how it would be plastered everywhere and impossible to avoid (I don’t enjoy sport, particularly football)…and the person I was talking to commented that it had in fact already been played. 2 months earlier. xD

OK, I’ll admit I forgot about Moondancer, but I thought that she was the only one? In which case I could’ve just dismissed it as cartoony weirdness. Apparently not though, huh. xD

Some ponies (like Moondancer) wear glasses, so I think Equestria has advanced enough technology to make or fix them.

This would be Human!Rarity’s reaction if she turned into a pony.

I’m a little surprised by two things in this screencap:
 
One, that a human could be turned into a unicorn. I dunno why, but I just assumed that all humans are equal in the human world, therefore they’d all be equal in the pony world too - and most likely that would manifest as all being Earth ponies.
 
Two, that Sci-Twi has glasses as a pone. The portal can turn basically any creature into any other creature (human/pony, dog/dragon…did Spike follow Twi through the portal? Because if he did, awesome! xD), and it can create or destroy clothes as well. But it apparently can’t fix her eyesight so she doesn’t need to rely on glasses?
 
And if her glasses break in Equestria, she’s have no way to fix them without going back through the portal. xD
