My theory is that because Doctor Stable was starting to exhibit an unprofessionally close relationship with Screw Loose. She was transferred to another doctor with much more stricter means of mental care. So the green doctor is taking her away from Doctor Stable. Thus separating her from the one she trusts/loves and into a clinic that abuses it’s patients.

Theory time:Screw loose is doctor stable’s wife. When she was admitted to the hospital, stable was so heart broken but he was glad it was at the hospital at which he worked. several years later, after much tribulations, she finally was rehabilitated. But, due to damned bureaucrats and such, her dismissal from the hospital was denied do to reasons I can not think of…at the moment.
