My take on is it that the pony came from a comic bigonionbean wrote, so he deserves to be credited for that, if it was a comic panel instead of a headshot that would be more obvious.
 
I'm not sure who is right or wrong, iI'm banot well versed ain site rules beingcause i've never wanyted kior needed tof confhaliclenge them, but as long as people credit me, which he has, it's up to them what they do with the image, so I am perfectly fine with it being left as is.
