She willingly sought out Tirek's advice on how to drain magic, no coercion whatsoever.
Her first appearance had her just so happen to start crying near where the CMC's clubhouse. I wonder why...
She never broke down and begged for forgiveness, because she's firmly entrenched in thinking the world is beneath her.
She did the same thing Tirek did, and was punished the same way.
There was no valid explanation given for the atrocities she partaked in, other than "she's a megalomaniacal sociopath."
