I suppose those characters you mentioned can defeat DBZ characters, especially since since DBZ characters have the tendency to stand around and take attacks from those with lower power levels. However there is a DBZ character who has the potential to beat them all depending on how things go. Majin Buu. He can start to mass absorb the One Piece world and gain so many abilities that he could counter these characters.
And yes, I know that having more then one devil fruit would kill you but I imagine Buu's absorption would get past that or his unusual body would allow him to survive.
