i agree with the boy bands and what the dragon has it's just markings no eyelashes.
again it's just part of baby male pony to stallion development one of the baby cakes who is a colt has eye lashes (only one) and rumble(?) has a filly body even though he is a male but seeing baby ponies and five year old ponies i say it's apart of development in a colt and this colt and little cheese are late bloomers or still going through the change there ARE in betweens
