if you want a good one I would use OBS (just make sure to do bt.709 partial.. I think full has issues converting with Handbrake) and then if you want to convert to webm use something like Handbrake and compress with VP9 and make sure to do ABR cause constant quality setting doesn’t even work and then maybe MKVToolNix for adding webm flag
in my experience Handbrake can mess up colors big time if it’s originally in full range and converts to limited anyway so really just do partial
