Story - Bigger Sister takes the Spotlight
 
Princess Luna, Cadence, and Twilight Sparkle were in the throne room of Canterlot watching Princess Celestia about to be done with her science project: the growth ray.
 
Princess Luna: Sister, are you finished creating your new growth ray machine?
 
Princess Celestia: Almost… I just need to set this button correctly. (puts a hoof on the button of the growth ray machine, then the machine works perfectly) There, my dear friends! The growth ray machine has finally worked properly!
 
Princess Luna, Cadence, and Twilight: (cheers and applause)
 
Princess Cadence: Now what’s the thing actually for, Celestia?
 
Princess Celestia: This machine is for some of the objects we will test on later. I can’t wait to show you the results of the objects after they have grown bigger. Now, let’s just have machine to rest for a while. I’m sure it’ll be there when we come come. (to Twilight Sparkle) Twilight, would you mind coming with me to my school to find some objects that we can use for later?
 
Twilight Sparkle: Okay, if you insist. (to Princess Luna and Cadence) Well, I guess the rest is to you now… We’ll be back! (she flies off with Princess Celestia)
 
Princess Cadence: (to Princess Luna) Hey, Luna, do you wanna play checkers with me?
 
Princess Luna: Checkers? Since when did you play that type of game?
 
Princess Cadence: Oh, I’ve been playing that game a year since we gave birth to Flurry Heart. I played against Shining Armor five times, and he has beaten me twice in that game, but luckily, I’m still the winner.
 
Princess Luna: Hmm… Maybe later. I’ll think I will have to talk with the guards.
 
Princess Cadence: Okay, I’ll play alone then. Just let me know when you wanna play with me, though.
 
Princess Luna: You got it.
 
The next scene transitions to the hallway of Canterlot, where Princess Luna is about to talk with Princess Celestia’s guards.
 
Princess Luna: (to the guards) So, how are you guards doing?
 
Unicorn Guard #1: Fine right now. We’re just being quiet. I can’t believe you haven’t talked to us in two days.
 
Princess Luna: Two days?
 
Unicorn Guard #1: Yes. You’ve been in the mountains near Ponyville and didn’t come back until now!
 
Princess Luna: Well, first off, I had to go clean some trash near the trees and I also had to make sure that the mountains were all clean, and they were, so here I am, all in good shape.
 
Unicorn Guard #2: At least you’re not injured or anything…
 
Princess Luna: I have to go somewhere. I’ll be back soon. (flies off and goes back to Princess Celestia’s throne room where the Growth Ray Machine) I know that those two wants to test this machine for some silly objects, but let’s see how it feels to test it on me. (grabs the machine and teleports herself outside of the castle) They won’t be seeing me once I use this machine on me (Princess Luna uses Princess Celestia’s ray machine on herself to make her bigger, and then she grows into a giant) There. Now that I’m a giant, I guess I won’t be bossed around anymore. (Princess Luna hides herself in the trees in front of Canterlot)
 
Meanwhile, at Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns…
 
Twilight Sparkle: And that’s the last one… (levitates the medium-sized mirror into the bag)
 
Princess Celestia: We have an apple, a chair, a table, and a medium-sized mirror. Good work. All we have to do is get back to Canterlot and use my machine on all of these objects. (flies off and leaves her school, then goes back to Canterlot, only to realize that the machine wasn’t there)
 
Twilight Sparkle: (gasps in horror) The… the machine! It’s gone!
 
Princess Celestia: Gone? But I just left it here the entire time. How could it have disappeared while we were busy?
 
The scene transitions to Princess Cadence playing Checkers with red pieces until she got interrupted by Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle.
 
Princess Cadence: Geez, both of you scared the mess out of me!
 
Princess Celestia: Did you see the machine that you saw earlier?
 
Princess Cadence: No. Well, um… I didn’t see it, nor did I see anyone touch it. I was playing Checkers the entire time.
 
Twilight Sparkle: It couldn’t have been Princess Luna who touched the ray machine, right?
 
Princess Celestia: Of course she didn’t. After all, she would never lay her dirty hooves on my machine. Now let’s go search for her.
 
Princess Celestia and Cadence search on the balcony, while Twilight Sparkle searched inside the entire place of Canterlot…
 
Princess Celestia: Luna? Luna! Hey! Where are you?
 
Princess Cadence: Luna, come out wherever you are!
 
Twilight Sparkle: Luna? Where are you? You’re not hurt, are you? (she then catches up with Celestia and Cadence) I’ve searched everywhere inside this castle, and there’s no sign of her!
 
Princess Celestia: So where is she…?
 
Twilight Sparkle: (flies off from the balcony and looks to see if Princess Luna was there) Hmm, it looks like she may have went somewhere, but I’m sure that she will be- (she was interrupted as a gigantic-sized Princess Luna lands near her, causing the ground to shake a little) Pr-Princess Luna?!
 
Princess Celestia and Cadence: Luna?
 
Princess Luna: Oh, hello there, three little alicorns.
 
Princess Celestia: I should’ve figured it was you, little sister!
 
Princess Luna: Actually, I’m not little anymore, since I used your growth ray machine to test it on me, that makes the boss now)
 
Princess Celestia: What!? There’s no way you can be the boss of me…!
 
Princess Luna: Sorry, Luna, but I’m the big sister now.
 
Princess Celestia, Cadence, and Twilight Sparkle: (groans)
 
Twilight Sparkle: I can’t believe she’s bigger than you, Celestia.
 
Princess Celestia: Well, I can’t blame it anypony for now… but it looks like I’ll just have to as my sister tells me, since I’m the youngest of the two now.
