I am not in the US and because im technically de facto in relationship I have to wait till he gets back from his parents from christmas and family birthdays before i can finish the paper work because it also depends on how much he has and earns even if we aren’t financially supporting each other, plus he worked at the same place so with him coming back soon I will be able to apply, no guarentee on when or what I will get from it.

I’m not sure what the government social services & support system is like in your part of the world, but I would suggest really looking, going to your local council, public health department, or similar, and ask for some emergency aid from whatever exists. Unemployment benefits are the first thing that came to mind. Yours is one of the situations why such services were created. Substantial medical bills, job loss, and the subsequent risk of losing housing (let alone having enough money to feed oneself), are all real perils, and why most people have a small portion of their paychecks go to such services: in case we need them one day. I know it can be super daunting, but trust me, it is better to ask for help.
I hope things improve soon for you. Try to stay as strong & healthy as you can, and keep the landlord in the loop so they know you’re doing your best.
@Ice Blaze
no i honestly dont know what to do. in less than a month i have slurged on xmas pressies for my siblings because no biggie, next pay will come soon, two days later im told the company was liquidised, I have made a few commissions but really that was just enough to pay one week of rent, i fell behind, landlord was lenient for the following week but its been a few weeks and so i have been notified to look for other places, but i have almost $20 to my name. so no im not doing okay, its 2am and i want to curl up and never be seen again.
Nah, that’s all good. Just keep being a great artist in general and we’ll call it even.
NAPSACK YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER! do you want me to draw you something?

Came in here to post this. If you live in the US you can get up to 6 months of unemployment.
That last part for sure.
Some landlords are quite willing to work with you as long as you talk to them.
