Nope. Change my mind, kinda found out since the artist is Malaysian and his English appears to be bad, guess he must learn how to use Derpibooru in order to keep it fresh here, sorry, I was confused back when a background pony just post one of his arts and don’t know if that BP gave a permission to that artist. Nvm, I guess that all of his arts should be stay here now.
 
I’ll be ask the artist again soon.

Sorry, OP, but…
An artist in a BP account on >>2064858 is confused about the other BP uploading one of his arts, I’m pretty sure he is requesting a DNP for that, but sadly, because the artist don’t know how to use this site and unsure if we can report and take-down that pic, I’ve decided to created this thread. I did reported him on his dA and this is his comment:

Or, let’s just say, why not you tell that artist and see if it allowed to repost his arts to this site (you know, PM him), if he says yes, then all of his arts are allowed to be posted here, if it’s NO, then this artist will be DNP.
