‘Fizzy’ is Lullaby’s nickname for Tempest. Your comment is pretty much saying that you hope Tempest was loud enough to hear Tempest.

Might just be because the artist is reworking the last few pages, according to a note on the last one on Deviantart.
Just checked my browser’s history for the urls. “Artist Request”. Which is what I figured before searching.
I really hope this isn’t the end of the comic here on Derpibooru. :(
Thistle: “W-we don’t have one-”
Tempest: “GET ONE!”
“ah hah hah! finally I’ll get my revenge on the storm king by pretending to push my friend out of the way and in the process, hurling my petrifying body directly at his face! it’s the perfect plan!”
Wording it as “the movie framed it” sounds like you think Tempest purposefully murdered Storm King… But anyway, it happened after Twilight rescued her from being swept away in the storm. The reason it’s obvious she didn’t stop the Storm King out of revenge is her expression and reaction as she went to save Twilight and the others from the petrification sphere. She has an expression of terror as she also falls over the ledge. She was sacrificing herself to save someone that had finally shown her actual kindness. No one out for revenge to the point they’d even sacrifice themselves to get it would be terrified before the act is even done.
As for the situation in the comic, he’ll probably get a chance at redemption at the end, and comments are comments.
I’m pretty sure he does care about the farm, because his uncle Winter Rye took him in when his parents had enough of his behaviour. Rye acceptet Rusty for what he is and acted as some sort of restraining bolt for his antics. So I presume after Rye’s death, Rusty feels sort of obligated to make sure the farm continues to make profit. For that he needs Fireweed to work and he’s willing to do everything to make this happen.

After Twilight saved her from falling, was it? My apologies, I don’t quite remember how that part went down. But yes, she had a chance for redemption right there.
@Qev
Indeed. The movie framed it as his sneak attack backfiring because of Tempest’s intervention and his petfrified form falling before the good guys even had a chance of catching him rather than one of them outright killing him.
I’m also pretty sure that Thistle isn’t going to killing Tempest at this point. So either Tempest and Thistle work together and fake the poisoning to trick him or Thistle poisons her with something non-lethal that looks real enough to convince Rusty.
What else is new?
I seem to recall the Storm King dying. :)
Nice!
It’s busy. Because we all called it.
Except she didn’t turn on the Storm King for revenge. She turned on him to protect her new friend Twilight. That is completely different. Hell, after he betrayed her and Twilight saved her, she actually stayed OUT of the conflict before that moment.
Aye. Though Thistle seems to believe he’s also simply a sadist. I’m not sure that’s because he is, or if that’s bias on her part.
I get the impression Rust Wing is doing this because he wants Fireweed to get back to work. Fireweed seems to have genuinely loved his father (don’t see why you’d love that asshole), and his revenge is distracting him from working the farm. Rust Wing just wants to run the place and only seems to humour Fireweed’s vengeance because it stops him from being a useless, depressed whiner, because Rust Wing has no empathy. I’m willing to bet that if Fireweed did succeed in killing Tempest, and it doesn’t magically solve his depression, Rust Wing would become exasperated and turn on Fireweed for being useless to him. Just like how he beats up Lulu for being useless because he’s not making money off her from a finder’s fee.
Commander Tempest Shadow is back in buisness.

That’s quite true. He’s very likely to reject it… or he might not, since he seems to be in it mainly because of Fireweed. If Fireweed were to abandon revenge, Rust Wing might just go along with that instead. Like I said, it’s up to the writer.
