LONG FALLSorry it’s been so long.I’ve always wanna to draw something about Cozy, I kinda feel bad for her. It’s nice to see how they throw a child in prison and than turn her into stone in the end (which is the equivalence of death penalty in equestria if you ask me). Meh… I guess equestria do lack of institutions to guide misleading children. Sorry Cozy. No redemption for you, at least for now.

♪These words carried, upon the morning breeze,♫
♪From beneath, the sunlight sky.♫
♪Of Tambelon, and their Blood-Soaked shores♫
♪Where Soldiers fought and died.♫
♪The Daughter fell, and she was deeply mourned.♫
♪Because, I ignored her cries…♫
♪Why this? Why this? O’ Princess of the Sun?♫
♪Why this? Did you forget your sunlight days?♫
♪Always the pride of our nations eyes.♫
♪How could, you go astray?♫
♪When Satyrs fled, ’cross the ocean deep♫
♪Daughter followed the setting sun.♫
♪Why else, but sail? To save her familys’ life♫
♪And prayed for her return.♫
♪But there she found, upon those distant shores,♫

basically, Cozy Glow was the daughter of Princess Celestia and the King Sombra from the alternate Equestria. Just two days before The fateful Summer Sun Celebration that started it all, Celestia experienced a prophecy foretelling that her daughter MIGHT bring about the end of Equestria, and took the most extreme measure possible: she stripped Cozy Glow of her powers and erased her very existence from everypony elses’ memories before banishing her from her own home in Canterlot: only to find out a few days later that the prophecy was Self-Fulfilling, and that she just harmed her own 4-year old daughter for nothing, and just like with Princess Luna 1000 years ago: Celestia is too stubborn and arrogant to try admitting to her mistakes and owning up to them, and simply hoped that Cozy Glow would simply stay away forever, and try to fill the void in her heart with Luna and Twilight instead…
“A real Princess would never take even the smallest chance when it comes to one pony and her kingdom. Not even for her own daughter.”
“But a mother would.”
Interesting.
A Father weeps for the daughter he will never know… A Daughter yearns for the warmth of a mother she has lost… A Mothers heart freezes over seeking to run away from all her responsibilities.
Can you not hear them crying out for you? Do you even care about them?
