I pretty much have the same attitude myself. :)
Something like that? One day when I have time and I’m feeling super self-indulgent I might do one of those anatomical diagrams that shows a way it can all work without being a horrible mess but a lot of this area of kink relies on at least a little bit of magic handwaving and suspension of disbelief. I’m starting to move towards the attitude of “overthink it when the details make you happy, handwave it when they don’t”
Probably has a self-cleaning features that activates when it reaches a certain level of usage.
