Yes, it’s so light. If only they could animate it flowing more, and be pulled up more by the wind. Obviously not to reveal any panties, but just to show how light it is. But that’s just more animation effort required, so I understand they not doing it.

sunset’s skirt is probably loose enough to flutter up, and yeah rarity’s wouldn’t really work, but it could produce some nice vpl so it’s not a total loss
Rarity and sunset might be a bit of a challenge because their skirts are more cylindrical, plus theirs are wrapped around their legs, and they are not cone shaped.
